This is what it looks like on my end trying to log in. No given reason for it or error message, just shaking the screen and not going through

Hi there, y'all! So I've just created a new account and downloaded the app. Theoretically I should just be able to log in with the info I just created, but when I enter it in the application login screen it just shakes and does nothing? Did I do something wrong in my setup? Is this a known bug...
