Capcom just dropped the v1.2.0 update for Monster Hunter Wilds, and there is a lot to unpack here. The biggest change is a full rework of the wound system -- wounds now stack up to three times on large monsters, which significantly changes how you approach longer hunts. They also fixed the infamous desync bug in multiplayer where monster positions would rubber-band during mount transitions.
Weapon balance got some attention too. Greatsword charged slash damage was bumped up by about 12 percent across the board, while Dual Blades demon mode stamina drain was reduced slightly. Insect Glaive players finally got the aerial hitbox fix they have been asking for since launch.
On the technical side, DLSS performance was improved for the 40-series cards and there is a new FSR 3.1 implementation that should help AMD users quite a bit.
Regarding the trainer -- our team has confirmed it is fully working with v1.2.0. The memory addresses for health, stamina, and zenny did not change in this patch. However, the item duplication function needed a minor pointer update which has already been pushed. If you are running the trainer and it says update available, grab the latest version and you should be good to go. The infinite sharpness cheat required a new AOB scan but that is sorted out now.
