How Young is Too Young For Playing Games

It is generally believed that kids shouldn't be allowed to play games. Educators, child psychologists, teachers, and even parents tend to agree to this. However, there seems to be a confusion on what age should be on the limit. I mean how old should the child be before he can play the game? If you are a parent, would you let your 7 years old play games, or would you not allow gaming until 10 years?

Kids can actually play games under the supervision of their parents or guardian. But then, it also depends on the kind of game in question. Personally, I would recommend that kids play games related to puzzles and quizzes, so that their brains can be developed.
