Assassin's Creed Shadows is set in feudal Japan and features a dual-protagonist system. Play as Naoe, a shinobi specialising in stealth, and Yasuke, a samurai focused on direct combat. The game features a full seasonal cycle affecting gameplay, stealth mechanics, and an open world spanning multiple Japanese regions.
Switch between Naoe and Yasuke based on the situation - Naoe for infiltration, Yasuke for direct confrontation. Seasons affect NPC behaviour, foliage cover, and available activities. Build up your hideout for crafting and upgrade access. The grappling hook is essential for vertical traversal as Naoe.
The 20-cheat trainer covers both characters. Shinobi Vanish (RG Exclusive) instantly resets detection - invaluable for stealth runs. Season Control forces any season on demand, changing the entire world state. The XP Multiplier works for both characters simultaneously.
