Horizon Forbidden West
Horizon Forbidden West is an open-world action RPG developed by Guerrilla Games, ported to PC in March 2024. Players continue the story of Aloy, a machine hunter in a post-apocalyptic world where robotic creatures roam a lush landscape. The Forbidden West refers to the western territory of the former United States, now home to new tribes and more dangerous machines.
Combat centers on precision targeting of machine components. The arsenal includes spike throwers, shredder gauntlets, and an upgraded melee system.
