Cant log into trainer

Cant log into trainer

I downloaded the trainer and tried to log in but every time i hit sign it shakes and refreshes itself. Ive tried making new accounts and just waiting incase my account needed to be verified or something but nothing has happened. If i could get some help with this issue it would be much appreciated.
