Some developers use AI for concept art and textures. Do you think this helps small studios or threatens human artists? Would you care if a game you love used AI assets?

I don't mind developers using AI for game art to cut costs. Well, this certainly affects artists but this also helps small and indie developers. Every things has advantages and disadvantages.

AI-generated art in games helps studios cut costs, speed up design, and experiment creatively. But it also risks replacing human artists and making styles feel generic.

It is the issues of poor creativity that affecttmore. That is the part that publishers should look to mix what they do with AI and human input because the touch of human ddevsmakes he game look better.

Just because humans are doing the art does not mean it is good and AI art is not always bad.
