Getting started with BG3 modding

Want to mod BG3 but the scene seems scattered. Where do people get mods? Is there a proper mod manager? Mainly want cosmetics and QoL.

Cathedral Weathers and Seasons for Skyrim. Looks amazing, barely any FPS cost.

BethINI completely changed my Fallout 4 experience. 45 to 60 FPS in downtown Boston.

I use both Nexus and Workshop. For Bethesda stuff, Nexus all the way.
