Introducing Rival Gaming Ranks​

We’ve added a new rank system to give members a clear sense of progression as they take part in the community.

There are 20 ranks to work through, starting with New Challenger and ending with the legendary Rival Royalty. The early ranks come fairly quickly, while the higher levels take considerably more time and commitment.

Your current rank and progress towards the next one will appear alongside your posts and on your member profile. For example, if you have 90 messages, you’ll be a Rival with 10 remaining before reaching Contender.

A few important points:

• Ranks update automatically from your message count.
• Your existing messages already count towards your rank.
• You don’t need to activate or claim anything.
• Your progress bar shows how close you are to the next level.
• Reaching Rival Royalty requires 5,000 genuine messages.

This is intended to recognise members who contribute to Rival Gaming—not encourage short or pointless replies. Please keep posts relevant and useful. Repeated spam, one-word replies or posting purely to increase your rank may be removed and could result in further action.

In time, we’ll also introduce special recognition for helpful contributions, community milestones and long-standing members. These will sit alongside the normal rank ladder rather than replace it.
