Review Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 - worth the buy?

Been on the fence about KCD2. Loved the first game for the realism and story but the combat was rough and performance was dodgy at launch.

For those who've played it - how's the sequel? Have they fixed the combat and is it optimised well on PC?

It's excellent. Combat is significantly improved - still realistic and weighty but more responsive. Performance is solid on modern hardware, ran fine on my 3070. Story picks up right where the first left off and it's gripping.

Best RPG I've played this year alongside Avowed. The writing is superb and Bohemia feels alive. Buy it.

If you liked the first one you'll love this. It's everything the original was but more polished. The combat rework alone makes it worth playing.
