Different times of the year can influence energy, habits, and perspective. Do you notice shifts in your mood or productivity with the seasons? How do you adapt?

There is a condition called Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is a mental health conditions caused by change in season. Thankfully, I don't have it.

I’ve noticed that shorter, colder days sometimes make me feel less motivated, while longer, sunnier days boost energy and focus. I try to adapt by adjusting my routines, exercising more in the winter mornings, getting outside during daylight, and planning tasks around my natural energy cycles.

Winter drains me, to be honest, I try so hard to get outside for sunlight when I can. It's not easy though but it makes a big difference.
