Tekken tournaments often come down to “mind games”, predicting and punishing opponents. Some players argue reaction speed is less important than conditioning your rival. Do you think Tekken is more psychological than mechanical at the pro level?

I haven't played Tekken casually let along playing for tournaments or competitive gaming. I know this a very popular game franchise but I never have had any interest in playing it. By the way, what makes Tekken interesting, how does it compare with other similar games?
