What snacks do you like eating when gaming?

I am always fond of eating chips when I play games. Taking them is a sign that I am actually enjoying the game that I am on. Most times, it is plantain chips that I take instead of other chips. Which snacks are your comfort food when playing games?

 

[Tyler]

Nothing with too much grease -- learned that the hard way with a keyboard. Usually water, maybe pretzels if Jordan's over. Not really a snack person.

 

[Lukas]

Coffee mostly, which probably does not count as a snack. If I am gaming late I will make tea and leave it until it is cold. Femke thinks this is a character flaw and I have come to accept that she is right.

First coffee of the day and honestly that's the only thing on the desk for the first couple of hours. Derek picks up those trail mix bags from the store sometimes and leaves them in the kitchen, which is convenient. I don't actively seek out gaming snacks, I just end up eating whatever didn't get finished from dinner.

Usually whatever's easy after work. Beer counts as a snack right? If I'm doing a long session I'll grab some Shapes or Tim Tams from the pantry. Bec thinks I eat like a tradie which, fair enough.

 

[Oliver]

I make a cup of tea at the start of a session and invariably forget to drink it. Sarah has stopped offering to make it for me at this point. Biscuits occasionally but that tends to happen more by accident than intention.
