Being active entails being able to do certain thing at a particular point in time. As a person, when would you say that you are always active to handle whatever you've got to handle? Is it during the time or mostly at morning?
Probably on my days off from work. I'm not tired from working all day and I haven't been on my feet all day like I am when I'm at work. I can get more done on my days off.
My productivity starts when I wake up early in the morning. I tried to get a lot of things done before afternoon and evening comes. So I know that during the evening I have less work to do and I can have time to relax a bit.

Being more active in the morning meant that one must have slept well during the night just like you said. I think that is the only way someone can stay very active every morning.
During the day clearly, specifically between 10 am and 6 pm, between those times is when I am most active and have more energy during the day, before and after that time I am usually exhausted or I tend to get exhausted
My energy levels always peak in the early mornings. That's why I always only gym early in the mornings. Trying to do it later on in the day? I am always ineffective.
