Some people prefer to watch their favorite gamers stream instead of playing the games themselves. They want to learn tips and tricks for the games they plan to play in the future. On the other hand, some choose to watch rather than play because they want to avoid the stress that can come with playing games. LOL. What do you think?

It is a choice and all about what they feel. They just want to learn more from other gamers. It may be that they are finding it difficult at a particular part of the game and want to learn more about how to play it just by watching.

watching someone play and playing yourself are two different experiences. People watch game streams for many reasons, but the most common one is entertainment. It is something like watching movies.

I streams games that I've not played because I am trying to see some parts of the games and it is not a big deal. There are also others who would enjoy watching others play games for the fun of it and nothing much attached to it.

That's what I was saying. Players can also stream games for the fun of it. I don't even see anything wrong with that because they are also getting to know more about that particular game as well.

Watching game can be exciting just like watching movies, sometimes it can be even better than movies because the outcome of the same game can be different with every new play.

There are a whole lot of movies that one can watch. I can't judge it as the same experience. Some are happier watching games while others would enjoy watching movies more.

God knows I won't waste my precious time watching gamers instead of playing the game myself. There's literally nothing exciting watching someone else play when that could have been me.

I should largely agree to this.

The only reason why I would watch someone else playing is when I am unable to clear a particular level or a task and someone else has done it well and recorded the screenplay.

Games were created to give an adrenaline push to the player and not the viewer.

Well, watching someone else play the game because you want to learn some tricks could also be the reason some others spend time watching gamers play such games as well. Don't you think so?

Some people prefer watching games because it’s more relaxing and social. I’ve noticed that streaming platforms let viewers enjoy high-level play, follow favorite players, and learn strategies without investing time or effort in playing themselves. For example, watching League of Legends tournaments or FIFA streams can be entertaining and informative.
