For those who work out regularly, whats your work out routine? Here is mine -

1. Monday - Chest
2. Tuesday - Leg
3. Wednesday - Shoulder
4. Thursday - Arms
5. Friday - Back

Saturday and Sunday are offs for me. Before anyone starts pointing out, I know that its not the most ideal one, but this works for me well.
 
My major workout activities are focused on exercises that flatten the tummy as enhance my hips. I do 20 push ups everyday and I do up to 50 squats every morning too.

That is very interesting.

What excercise do you do to flatten your tummy and also to enhance your hips?

I am also going to do a little more glutes workout as I feel that it has flattened.

I don't have a workout routine. In fact I don't even workout. The only exercise I do is walking. I walk three times a week and I am trying hard to do it every day.

Walking is also a great work out provided you walk in a momentum and there is speed in such a way that it sweats your body.

I walk every day for one hour after dinner. It makes me feel tired, true, but it also helps me sleep very well.

Do you count how many calories you burn while you walk?
 
I gi to gym in the afternoon and do some cardio and strength training
 
I used to work out very well but after being in a tight situation of taking care of my daughter, I no longer have the time to go to the gym or even work out at home.

I will see if I can be able to start doing some drills by myself whenever it is convenient.
