Level up! Every time I click on the site x3

This lovely fella keeps popping up everytime I load the site, be it clicking on a forum topic, refreshing it, visiting it for the first time that day, etc. It pops up every time, and I have to click continue, have it pop up, and do it again 3 more times in order to get it to go away.
